HOW TO REDEEM POINTS
To redeem points from the loyalty program, clients can follow these steps:
1. Clients must be site members to redeem points.
2. During checkout, they can see their points balance and available rewards on the My Rewards page.
3. If they have enough points, they can click 'Get Coupon' next to the relevant reward to receive a coupon code.
4. They can copy this code and apply it at checkout for their reward.
